House Rules & Information

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — please reach out at least 48 hours in advance.

The property has a private gravel driveway with space for up to 4 vehicles. Please do not park on Ocean Point Road or block neighboring driveways.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Out of respect for our neighbors on this small peninsula, please keep outdoor music and conversation at a considerate volume.

No pets allowed.

This is strictly a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors or outdoors.

The property is rented for the registered guests only. Small gatherings of up to 12 people total are permitted with advance notice. Large parties or events are not allowed.

SUPs are provided for your enjoyment. PFDs are provided and should be worn. Please use at your own discretion and risk.
